After more han two decades since Grandpa Pepe founded JR Suárez, we have grown as a company and as a family. We have always supported ourselves with our own values.
Maybe every company proclaims it, but for us it is a true truth: our goal is quality and service.
We are a family business which was born and keeps growing in Las Pedroñeras, known as “the garlic capital” for being the main producing location of purple garlic in Europe. This type of garlic is designated by experts as the most aromatic and best flavoured of the world.
Having this first quality raw material, we thought: why not to ease the work in the kitchen to everyone (including business and industry sectors)? So we created a new spectrum of products using exclusively first quality raw goods in their optimal maturing and texture moment.
After more than two decades, we have been moving forward until we have become one of the most recognized entities from Castilla La Mancha. Our main strategy is to be different. We adapt our service and products to the needs of our customers. And this is based on our certifications by SGS, our HACCP system, the quality management based on UNE-EN ISO 9001:2008 standar, and food safety under supervision of IFS V.6. (International Food Standar).
Our hard work and effort taken us to sell our products around Spain and beyond our borders with a growing presence in several countries of the European Union, as well as in Latin America and the USA. We intent to promote Purple Garlic PGI Las Pedroñeras in every corner of the world. We are working on it.
